Terms of Service

By accessing or using BTC Strategy Dashboard (the "Service"), available at btcstrategy.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BTC Strategy Dashboard is an analytics tool that helps Bitcoin holders implement and track Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) strategies. The Service provides:

• A composite risk metric based on public Bitcoin price data.
• DCA execution suggestions calibrated to historical price behavior.
• Tools to track personal holdings, goals, and exit plans.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. See section 8.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

To access most features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at michgabriele@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free trial — All Premium features are available for 30 days from signup, with no credit card required.
• Free — Basic features only. Available after the trial expires if no subscription is purchased.
• Premium Monthly — CHF 9.95 / EUR 9.99 / USD 10.99 per month, recurring.
• Premium Yearly — CHF 99 / EUR 99 / USD 109 per year, recurring (~17% saving vs. monthly).

Prices are inclusive of any applicable Swiss VAT. The currency charged is determined by Stripe based on your billing country.

• Auto-renewal: Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not refund unused time on a canceled subscription.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be canceled and your account downgraded to Free.
• Price changes: We may adjust prices for new billing periods. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any change takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the Service's technical limits.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

BTC Strategy Dashboard is an analytics tool, not a financial advisor. The risk metrics, DCA suggestions, and projections provided by the Service are based on historical public market data and statistical models. They:

• Do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Are not personalized recommendations.
• Cannot predict future Bitcoin prices or market movements.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Bitcoin is a highly volatile asset and may lose significant value. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

The Service, including its code, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Michael Gabriele and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (e.g., your settings and transaction logs).

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
